Nourishing Your Life from the Inside Out

Our homes are an extension of who we are: what we do within the walls of our abodes shapes our mood, affects our productivity, and influences our outlook on life.   • Create extra time in the morning to enjoy 30 minutes of soul nourishing time. Light a candle, sit in your favorite chair, drink your tea or  coffee from your favorite mug and take a few deep breaths, stretching your body before the day begins.

  • Take an early morning walk and watch the sunrise if you like being in motion. This “me time” will add so much to your day

  • After work, put your phone & computer away and soak in unplug time! Focus on your companion, family, friends and yourself while away from the office.

  • Make a spontaneous dinner with your partner instead of eating out again, plan a family pajamas & game night, light candles, take a hot bath by candlelight or simply sit down to read a book with your favorite glass of vino or cup of tea.
